Research shows

continued improvement

Pathfinders conducted ground-breaking research at Duke University to evaluate the Pathfinders program and the efficacy of the Seven Pillars of Personal Strength™ intervention methods. The results of the study revealed that patients who received the Pathfinders program perceived their quality-of-life as improving across a range of psychosocial symptoms in spite of the fact that their cancer was progressing.

Thus, in summary, with Pathfinders’ focus on self-assessment, self-care, social support and healthy life-style, patients are empowered to more effectively manage their health and to live fully despite illness at any stage of survivorship.
